146 Camping La Aldea, El Rocio, Huelva, Spain
A very good quality campsite. ASCI card rate €17. Lovely location very quirky town most of the roads are sand and peole uses horses to get around. Be there for a Sunday as there are processions of the brotherhoods of the Virgin of EL Rocio for each of the Sunday masses. Don't even try and go during Pentecost as 2 million people converge on the town for that weekend. On top of that there is the sunning Doñana National Park that has the Iberian Lynx and as many birdsas you can think of plus Flamencos.

Fleeing the bad weather we arrived at this lovely commercial Aire. The rat changes and gets much cheaper the longer you stay. good spot only 2 km from Guia. Has a bar food of a very high quality served and bread and croissants available in the morning.

151 Camping Pinar San José, Zahora, Cadiz, Spain
With the weather finally sunny we took a break at the coast near Vejer, at Zahora, this is a surfers paradise. and right by Cape Trafalgar. The campsite was another 'Camping Red' one they are wonderful and we had an ACSI rate of €17 and one night was free as we had used the sites enough in Spain to get a free one! The facilities are spot on and very clean. There is a very good supermarket and bar restaurant attached.

152 Freedom Camp, Malaga, Spain
We had intended to stay at the Camper Area MH el Rincon right beside this spot but they were full and we were late so had no option but to pull up and spend the night, where we were. All in all ok and we set off in the morning. remember that in winter on the Costas the 'Snowbirds' flock and can find yourself with no official spot to stay. In Spain this is not normally a problem. You can stop sleep if necessary but you must move on as soon as possible in the morning.

153 Camping Valle Niza, Malaga, Spain
We had wanted to give Malaga a chance to redeem it's self after we had one of our bikes stolen there early in the trip and David wanted to do the Caminito del Rey. As the aire we wanted to stay in was over booked we stayed at this campsite. It is going through a gradual renovation and we feel that it will be super site in a year or two. In the meantime some facilities are a little tired. But spotlessly clean and the restaurant offered great value food. There is a regular bus service to Malaga and the Christmas lights did redeem it they are a must!
The ACSI price was €19 which give the present state was expensive.

Right on the harbour and a lovely aire with electric for €12 great location the rain gods kept following but there were included tapas to be had in the nearby restaurants and bars. All in all very nice spot and would have been worth a few nights had the weather been kinder.

161 Camping Los Pinos, Denia, Spain
Heading up towards Barcelona to catch our ferry to Sardinia, we stopped at this lovely campsite to meet up with Friends. The weather was appalling with snow on the ground when we arrived. facilities all good even in the rain. Not an ACSI site so €18 per night which was not bad.

162 Camping Eden, Peniscola, Spain
Continuing our journey to Barcelona, the weather deteriorated even more with biblical ran and the wind was blowing poor NiKi all over the place. We found this sheltered spot in what is a wonderful site for our very last night in Spain of this trip. All the facilities were top notch. ACSI price a dear but fair €19.

163 Villanova Park, Barcelona, Spain
OK the last site was supposed to be our last stop in Spain but the bad weather conspired to cause our ferry to be cancelled and spend a few days here waith for the next ferry to Sardinia. This site is Huge and very well appointed with all the facilities being first class. Efficient in every way buses direct to Barcelona every hour and the nearest town Vilanova every 30 min. If you have a drink in the bar they will give you one hours free WiFi, otherwise it is expensive. All in all fine but given that we thought we would be in Italy annoying!
ACSI price €18
