Business to business, in previous working life speech, or for us in now in MH world, Bra to Barolo. Well actually it was C 2 B, as we left the coast of Finale Ligure (all sets of keys firmly intact and hanging where they should) as we headed off on the Monday in thunder, lightning and heavy rain for an inland town called Cuneo. Why, you might ask, but for us it was why not. We … [Read more...] about B 2 B

Auf Wiedersehen, Pet
Goodbye, Adieu, Slan, Güle güle, a Farewell to Sundance and moving on. After 10 weeks our lockdown adventure at Sundance camp is came to an end and we have flown the nest. Our last week was both sad and uplifting, as our lockdown community departed and at the end it was just two vans Karen and I, and James and Katherine. It is surprising how a bunch of disparate people … [Read more...] about Auf Wiedersehen, Pet

Even we motorhomers get caught up in the Christmas rush and hullabaloo especially when we are very fortunate enough to have 10 family and friends visiting for Christmas and us wanting like everyone to make it as special as possible. The weather as you all will know was against us and had caused much devastation to the area of Murcia where we were to spend this period. It’s … [Read more...] about Turkey Stuffing

Mon 21/11/16: After a very wet rainy night the day started grey as well with weak sunshine trying it’s best to prevail and so we headed off to the nearby port for 2nd coffee and to decide what options there were for the day for us to do. The … [Read more...] about Déjà vu

The sun was shining again and so we hopped on our steely trusty mules and cycled to see the nearby cave … [Read more...] about Chocolate for Breakfast
Squashed Up!
Mon 24/10/16: After a lovely weekend getting back in touch with my wrist again and doing what gentle exercise I thought was appropriate for it we got the call to say I had a proper physio session that afternoon at four. This is beyond any coverage on our health insurance cards and our insurance cover does exactly the opposite of that- it doesn’t cover it. … [Read more...] about Squashed Up!

Poo-Gate
Thurs 13/10/16: Valderrobres. Our overnight Aire stop after our cava tasting tour. Valderrobres is another Bonito village and the Aire is on the river just outside the walled town so a lovely spot. Parts of the town were bonito and others really needed some money and restoration done on them, but like so many places in Spain there is only so much money, time etc to go around. … [Read more...] about Poo-Gate
